Coffee Social Hours

Pop in and grab a tea or coffee, nibble on some biscuits and socialise with others. Outside these hours we ask that clients refrain from coming in unless they are attending a group or if they are in need of mental health support or guidance.

No booking necessary.

Arts and Crafts Group

Come and join us every Wednesday for an afternoon of mindful art! Art ranges from colouring, painting and diamond art. No need to book as there is always space for all. Art available for all skill levels.

Offering you a place to talk with others who will understand, whilst providing you with a safe non-judgement space for you to talk about your grief. There will be a chance, if you want to, to share your experience and your story over a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits.

Gardening 4 Health

Gardening 4 health is supported by trained staff and volunteers. Attendees can take part in activities and workshops such as planting , cultivating a range of fruit and veg and flowers to woodwork.

Volunteer led art group, supporting those that attend to meet and mix with others while doing their own arts or crafts. Some colouring equipment and jigsaws available but please feel free to bring your own projects with you.

This group runs in conjunction with the local Good Grief café. It is an informal and relaxed space to help support those who have suffered bereavement or loss of any kind.

Art and Social Group

Drop in and enjoy two hours of friendly conversation and activities. We have painting, air dry clay, jigsaws and much more or feel free to bring in whatever you like from home. There is no pressure to stay for the whole two hours, just pop in for twenty minutes and say hello. We are a very friendly group and this is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, have a cuppa and a chat.

CAB Drop-In sessions

You can now meet the Citizen’s Advice Bureau at the Hub every Monday from 9.30am-12.30pm. They are able to provide support on the day and give advice relating to welfare rights, benefits, debt, housing, budgeting amongst others. You do not need an appointment to access this support and everyone is welcomed.
