REST stands for Recover, Eat, Support, Talk.

Our REST Community Wellbeing Hubs are walk in services based in the heart of our communities. They provide 1-2-1 and group-based support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties in a non-clinical environment.

REST Great Yarmouth Hub provides free, walk in, mental health support, activities, information and signposting services from 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

*Please note that our REST Great Yarmouth Hub is currently closed to drop-ins. We are open for appointments and groups. Please follow us on our socials to keep up to date with news & information.
