Location: Attleborough and Hethersett, Norwich
Hi, I am a fully qualified and registered UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) integrative counsellor.
My experience with clients includes working with trauma, overcoming stress, anxiety and panic, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem addiction, loss, life changes and lack of confidence.
In addition, I have a particular interest in counselling victims/survivors of domestic abuse, both men and women, working with the effects of historical and current abuse. In addition to my counselling training I am a Norfolk Domestic Abuse champion having completed my training with NIDAS (Norfolk Integrated Domestic Abuse Service).
As a professional counsellor, I adhere to UKCP professional ethical codes of practice. As a result, you can rest assured my practice is regulated, with the client's safety and best interests at the heart of how I work.
I endeavor to offer a relationship in which you will feel heard and understood, while at the same time remaining compassionate, non-judgmental and accepting. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals.
My hope is that through our work together, my clients can begin to build a stronger sense of their own worth and value, and to feel empowered to create positive changes. In doing so clients move towards a more fulfilling life.
I currently offer face-to-face and online sessions, working on both a long and short-term basis.
My practice is based in both Attleborough and Hethersett, where I offer a safe, calming and respectful environment for you.
